Pretty much it is what it says. Good quality, excellent step by step with closeups of dis-assembly and assembly. I would have liked it to say something about cleaning etc... but that is probably on another CD :-) Note: It did not play on my computer with Vista and WinMediaPlayer, I had to use an alternate free player called VLC. I haven''t tried it on my separate CD/DVD player box.
